How can we help?

Answers to the common ones below. Anything else - a bug, an idea, a route that went wrong - write to [email protected].

Do I need an account?+

Yes - sign in with Apple, Google or your email. Your plan is saved to your account, so it follows you to a new phone. You can delete your account and everything in it any time in Account.

Which phones does it run on?+

iPhone now. Android is on its way to Google Play.

Which plans are there?+

I've never run. Is Zero to 5K really for me?+

That's who it's for. It starts with short jogs between walks and builds to 30 minutes of running without stopping - the step before a full 5K. Up to three runs a week, with rest days in between.

I missed some sessions. Do I start over?+

No. The plan picks up from today. After a longer break it offers to ease you back in with a recent week again, rather than carrying on as if nothing happened.

A session felt too hard.+

Tell it - after each session it asks how it felt. Two tough ones in a row and it offers to repeat the week. There's no prize for pushing through pain: if something hurts, stop.

What does Apple Health (or Health Connect) do here?+

Your recent workouts help set your starting point and your pace, sessions you record with another app mark themselves done, and your Wendure sessions are saved back as workouts. Almost everything it reads stays on your phone - the Privacy Policy lists the few things that sync with an account.

Is it miles or kilometres?+

Kilometres. Height and weight can also be entered in feet and pounds.

The route goes somewhere I'd rather not.+

Routes come from open map data and can be wrong. Drag the line to change it, try another, or pick a different style. You always decide where you actually go.

How do I delete my account?+

In the app: Account → Delete account. Your synced data and usage analytics are removed from our servers. No longer have the app? See Delete your account.
